We do not encourage clients to train as often as possible, in fact once or twice a week is optimal as you will require time to recover, replenish your energy and come back stronger and fitter. It would be more profitable to suggest you train more often, but by applying the correct techniques this is not necessary.
We lose muscle every year from the age of 30, so the best way to tone the muscles and lose fat is though high intensity strength training, this needs to be with the correct load / intensity - we will show you how.
