One to One Personal Training
We offer one to one personal training, small group personal training, boxercise / interval style training.
The studio was opened to provide a personal training space in the Brighton and Kemp Town area, and to offer clients the chance to escape the crowded gym environment and train in the privacy of a well equipped one to one facility.
Our personal trainers offer fitness training that gets real results - for everyone, regardless of their age, fitness background etc. We are currently training men and women ranging from ages 15-60.
Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. The studio has a range of top quality strength machines, free weights, boxing equipment and upright bike for various interval training sessions.
The kind of workouts we offer are tailored to your individual needs, we do not make clients do long, boring cardio workouts. Our sessions are based around short bursts of cardio, good quality strength exercise that requires motivating personal training, and we don't need you to train for long periods - 1 or 2 x 30 minute sessions per week, will be enough to get results.
Most of you have busy lives and cannot spend hours in the gym - perfect, we will show you how to do VERY effective workouts in a short time.
Small group personal training is a more affordable way to train, and has all the benefits of a one to one session. These sessions are based on groups of 3-5 training at the same time.
Most of our clients are seeking fat loss. Crucial to the success of your personal training program is your diet. We have plenty of resources to help you, and once you are up to date with the latest science on fat loss it is remarkably easy to make quick progress when you combine our nutrition advise with our style of personal training.
