Did you know we are now offering Group Personal Training
Work out 1-2 times per week with a small group (average 4-5 people) with a trainer to lead you through a challenging, full body workout that help your reach your personal best regardless of your current level of fitness.
Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and will leave you feeling motivated and ready for the next challenge - we will make sure that everyone gets the very best from these sessions.
Within weeks you will notice an increase in strength, energy and overall fitness level.

We currently offer scheduled times, but If you have a group of friends or colleagues (4 maximum) and would like to arrange your own time, please contact us with the details and we can organise sessions for you.
We try to keep the group training sessions as close to a one to one session as possible, and do not use a typical class format.
